Our CrossFit classes are one hour in length. During this time, you’ll be lead through a group warm-up followed by a strength/skill segment. Each day differs, which makes for a well-rounded athlete! Following that, you will be lead through a Workout of the Day (WOD) which will consist of multiple combinations of exercises that challenge every aspect of your physical fitness capability. While these workouts are meant to push each individual to their limits – everyone's limit is different depending on where they are at in their fitness journey. There are modifications and scaled versions of the same movements that allow the workout to be enjoyed by every athlete at every skill level. The principles of constantly varied – high intensity – functional movements are consistently applied.
